Hanging stretches


Five rounds for time.  Rest 3 min in between each round.
15 Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats


Round 1: 2:45 (only 10 Pullups this round)

Round 2: 3:07

Round 3: 3:45

Round 4: 3:26

Round 5: 4:03


Last round was a killer, nearly puked.  Decreased number of Pullups & Pushups due to last night's adventure.  Thank god for the 3:00 rest in between.
