CFSB:
Deadlift 3x3
Loads: 295/305/315. Loads felt solid.
Deadlift 1x15
Load: Forgot to do it.

WOD:
AMRAP in 8 min:
4 HSPU
8 KB Swings, 2 pood
12 GHD Situps
Rounds: 7 (+4+3). All unbroken. Feel really good about knocking this WOD outta the park.

Practice: Handstand work
