*First time as rx'd, but definitely hit a mental block. I'm sure with proper motivation and determination, Icould get it under 8 min. Did it with the wife though, and that made me happy.
Nutrition: Perfect blockage through the 4th meal. Cheat meal at TGI Friday's for last meal.
