Each for time:
Run 200m: 30 seconds
Run 200m: 31 seconds
Run 400m: ???, stopwatch problems
Run 400m: 1:26
Run 800m: 3:14
Run 800m: 3:22
*a little slow today, but pretty confident I can break a 30 second 200m sprint if someone else is timing me.
If you're not nervous before you train, you don't train hard enough.
