How did you setup the rower? If you set it up for tabata intervals, at the end of each 20 second interval, the meters rowed will stop. In other words, you won't coast. If you just keep track and stop pulling at the end of each 20 second interval, then you will coast. This will give you two very different results. Just curious.

You can set the rower up for tabatas!? I used the clock on the wall to time it. Next time I'll do it right and it will surely be a lower score.
