*All pullups chest-to-bar. Sub-10 was way out of reach. Great WOD minus another matching pair of rips on the pinkies.

Nutrition: Probably around 17/17/60. Had dinner at Raymond's but kept it pretty paleo with Chilean seabass with lots of fiberous veggies. Perhaps a little too much peanut butter throughout the day made it around 4x fat.

Nice work today, Rich, that time with CTB PUs is pretty sick. Not sure if you checked out our site today, but Dustin killed this in 8:20, though we didn't mandate CTB today. Keep up the good work...
On another note, I shot Rainer (Das Gym) an e-mail seeing if he would be interested in getting together for a little Greater Cincinnati Affiliate Challenge. We shall see...
