Later, I worked on hands-on-the-floor L-Sits and L-Sit-to-handstand. When I pull it off, it's gonna look pretty badass... a cool trick to pull out at a bar. Stricter Zone/Paleo, no beer, no Ben & Jerry's until national FGB day.
