*Goal: sub-5. Scaled to 135# from 165# due to lack of strength. FS done from the floor. First two rounds of pullups unbroken, only first round of squats unbroken, then into 2 sets per round. I hate short WODs.

you should only have to go from the ground 3 times. take it from the ground so you see where you match up!!
