*Not at all happy about this performance. I've been a little off this last week with diet, mood, and sleep. Last night an evil demon snuck into Kroger and bought me Ben & Jerry's after some steak and beer. Gonna keep zoning hard till Friday then get back into WODs and nutrition next Monday hardcore. It's amazing how some sugar in the gas tank can decrease your pullups. Oh, and I did this WOD alone.
