*Pain in my back under my shoulder blade flared up big time. Finished the hour by rolling out on the foam roller. Kind of an off day... Didn't help that my form is still shitty.

oh boy, 20 rep max back squat!!!! I love/hate doing that. I did it a 200lb a few months back, i'd like to give it a shot again soon
