*Compare to 1/21 at Potomac: 11:36. Don't know if it was because of the heavy deads prior or I'm getting weaker. 135 did feel heavy and my pushups were broken the last 8 rounds.

Thanks for the tip!:) I usually don't do pull-ups if it is listed in the WOD, but honestly, that doesn't make much sense. I'm going to just start doing them every day. Maybe this is why I haven't seen the kind of progress I've expected.
