*Far from normal numbers, but I worked on keeping my feet closer together. I have a tendency to go super wide on FS and BS. My max 20 rep is 150.

*Broke thrusters up into 13-4-4/6-5-4/9. Probably a little low on the weight, but kept my feet closer together and kept the knees out when coming up.

20 rep max!!!!!! Love/Hate that! Make sure you take AT LEAST 10 min rest after your front squat, I wanna see a big number!
