As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:10x Pullups10x 65# Thrusters
Rounds: 11 (+4 Pullups)
If you're not nervous before you train, you don't train hard enough.

Great Job!! Rich I my actual rounds were 6 and 6 PU I just look at the end of that video, what horrible effort in my part.
