Ralph Peters, resident NeoCon at the Armed Forces Journal is, as always, spot on (link here). The Bush Administration has tarnished the idea of preemptive strikes and regime change. Francis Fukayama was unfortunately right, the NeoCon fantasy ended with the outgoing president. Perhaps, for the sake of civilizations and human lives, a future president will redeem the aforementioned policies.
Nutrition: Probably around 18/17/55 due to going to Logan's Roadhouse tonight. Felt good after the meal though. I hate going out to eat.

dude, im the same way. I'm so happy I started to weigh and measure, its actually made my eating easier because I can plan everything out the weekend or night before.
