*Done to 9' mark. Goal was sub-7. Very impressed with the time. The Zone works! Great coaching by the wife, too. First 50 unbroken, the rest broken into 5-10's. I had to redo about a dozen because Coach Amy said my Wall Balls weren't going high enough.
