Warmup:

5 Burpees
10 Jumping Pullups
15 35# KB Swings
20 Jumping Jacks

WOD:
7 Rounds for time of:
3 35# Pullups
5 Strict Pullups
7 Kipping Pullups

Number of times dropped from bar: 55
Time: 17:45
*Had to stop at 7 Rounds due to ripped pinkies.

Nutrition: 16/16/~65... little heavy with the cashews today.

haha, 21 blocks is maintenance, I'm use to 23-25 blocks (I eat a lot, and still can't get to 200lb). I'm pretty much hungry all the time at 21 blocks so I'm going to try to stick with it for another week and see how things go. I need to get a body scale and start weighing myself because I really don't want to lose weight either. Hopefully, if I maintain the bodyweight and get use to 21 blocks I can then scale it back to 20 or 19

thinking more about it, I was originally trying to eliminate some carb blocks, but maybe ill just try to get all 21 carb blocks today and see how i feel. It's only 9am and I've already had 5p/5c/8f and i'm starving!!
