CrossFit Rest Day

After a week of trying out the Zone Diet, today I start actually paying attention to what is on the label.

Not bad Rich. You might want to try prepping your meals before hand. Just cook up some meat, divide it into 4 block pieces, put it in some tupperware. You can do the same thing with some carbs, I do sweet potato once every day or so.

That way you can just grab it and take it to work instead of having to scrounge.
