*Goal: sub-3 min. I pushed my way through this and don't think I could have gone much faster. Some overheads were shoulder presses and push presses, but most were sloppy push jerks (my weakness). Had this HORRIBLE pain in my lungs for about 15 minutes afterward. The wife did 65# Grace with perfect push jerk form in 5:09! The intensity was definitely there.
