5 Squat Cleans, 155#10 Burpees
*WODs like these really question my likelihood of qualifying for the CF Games. The cleans took forever, but they are the heaviest I've ever gone in a metcon. Moderately pleased with the time, but I definitely have room for improvement. Next weekend, we'll see what really is in the tank. Doing WODs alone can add some serious minutes to your time.
