From the Rocky Mountain Regional Qualifier.
3 Rounds of:
10 Chest-to-Bar Pullups
10 Front Squat, 135#
10 Burpees
Time: 5:45
*Goal: sub-5.  Scaled to 135# from 165# due to lack of strength.  FS done from the floor.  First two rounds of pullups unbroken, only first round of squats unbroken, then into 2 sets per round.  I hate short WODs.

Max Dead Hang Pullups: 11/8/6

you should only have to go from the ground 3 times. take it from the ground so you see where you match up!!
