"Cindy"

Warmup: 3 full laps in pool, variety of strokes

5 min stretching

First time doing Cindy.  Expected 10 rounds.

Result: 16 rounds + 5 pullups (2/3 of all pullups were Kipping, rest were dead hang), as Rx'd (first WOD as Rx'd, pushups w/ 25# DB's), Pullups definitely improving

5 rounds of 200 meter row: Avg time of :50
